Custards and Mousses
Sweet and silky custards and mousses should be a part of your dessert repertoire! Come learn to make Passionfruit Crème Brulee, Espresso Pot de Crème, Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with Lavender Shortbread Cookies, Lemon Mousse with Pomegranate Seeds and Chocolate Chunk Brioche Bread Pudding! This is a hands-on class.

Fabulous Fried Desserts
Doughnuts are all the rage! Come learn how to make delicious Double Ginger Doughnuts and Maple Walnut Sour Cream Doughnuts, as well as other heavenly fried desserts: New Orleans Style Beignets, Banana Fritters with Chocolate Sauce and Orange Cardamom Churros! This is a hands-on class.
